DAY 1: CALGARY
Arrive at Calgary International Airport and after clearing immigration, proceed to check in at Hotel. At the foot of the awe – inspiring Rocky Mountains glitter the impressive skyscrapers of downtown of Calgary – a city where visitors and locals alike enjoy a vibrantly diverse to compliment the most discriminating palate. Calgary, a cosmopolitan Alberta city with numerous skyscrapers, owes its rapid growth to its status as the centre of Canada’s oil industry. Overnight at Calgary.
NOTE: SUBJECT TO FLIGHT ARRIVALS WE WILL TAKE THE CALL WHETHER TO KEEP THE GROUP IN CALGARY OR BANFF.

DAY 2: CALGARY – BANFF AREA (128 KMS – APPX 2 HRS)
After breakfast, enjoy orientation city tour of the picturesque city of Calgary including the outside view of the Heritage Park, the site of the 1988 Winter Olympics and Calgary Tower from Outside. The highlight of the tour is Calgary Tower, world famous Stampede stadium, Fort Calgary- the place where Calgary city originated. Later, proceed for Banff. Banff is the largest town in Rockies, surrounded by Mountains and hot springs. It lies nestled along the banks of the bow river in the heart of Rocky Mountain. Arrive Banff Area and proceed to orientation tour of Banff which includes Bow falls, Tunnel Mountain to view the magnificent surprise corner, two Jack Lake & Lake Miniwanka (including the cruise ride) which is artificially raised two times and Gondola Ride to the top of 7,500 ft Sulphur Mountain. Later check in the Hotel. Evening, free to explore the beautiful town of Banff or else can enjoy walking on Banff Main Avenue. Overnight at Banff.

DAY 3: BANFF – LAKE LOUISE – BANFF (55 KMS – 1 HR APPX ONE WAY)
After breakfast, proceed for tour to Lake Louise. Lake Louise was named after Princess Louise Carolina Alberta, fourth daughter of Queen Victoria. It is also called the Emerald lake of Canadian Rockies. Enroute we visit Johnston Canyon. Certainly an area that shows the power of nature and time – rushing water carves a path through the limestone canyon and potholes form over the years from plunging waterfalls. This is one of the most popular hikes in Banff National Park. Later we return to Banff. Enjoy a stroll on Banff Avenue. Overnight at Banff..

DAY 4: BANFF – COLUMBIA ICE FIELDS – JASPER (233 KMS – 6 HRS APPX)
After breakfast, depart for Jasper. Enroute enjoy the journey along The Ice Fields Parkway, one of the world’s most scenic mountain roadways. This is the route to over one hundred visible glaciers, turquoise lakes and rushing waterfalls. The highlight of this tour is a stop at the Columbia Ice Field for the Glacier Experience and Glacier Skywalk. 80 minute journey of Glacier Experience is led by an experienced driver-guide, who shares a wealth of fascinating information about glaciers, ice fields and their impact on our environment. Enjoy this once in a life time opportunity to step out onto the glacier and stand on a powerful ancient 1000-foot deep Athabasca Glacier. In the afternoon, continue on through Sunwapta Valley past Tangle Falls and the Stutfield Glacier on Mount Kitchener. Take a stroll round Athabasca Falls before your late afternoon arrival into Jasper. Check in at Hotel. Overnight at Jasper.

DAY 5: JASPER
After breakfast, explores the charming town site of Jasper that developed from “Jasper House” former settlement of three log supply houses for rocky mountain voyagers. Jasper National Park is a World Heritage Site and is considered to be one of Canada’s largest and northerly national parks. Highlights of your tour includes the beautiful Maligne Canyon, with its limestone walls falling a stunning 50 meters, Maligne Lake, Pyramid and Patricia Lakes. Late afternoon, proceed for White Water Rafting (optional). This trip will take you to Athabasca River. Evening free at leisure to explore Jasper town. Overnight at Jasper.

DAY 06: JASPER – KAMLOOPS (499 KMS – APPX 6 HRS)
After breakfast, proceed to Kamloops. Welcome to BC’s Friendliest city and Canada’s tournament Capital! Blending energizing recreational opportunities with a culture of warm, welcoming people, Kamloops is amazing place for any visitor to let loose and just play. Kamloops has literally thousands of lakes and spectacular landscapes and endless blue skies, making it worthy top spot of any vacation. Later Check in the Hotel. Overnight at Kamloops..

DAY 7: KAMLOOPS – WHISTLER (299 KMS – APPX 4 HRS)
After breakfast, proceed to Whistler. The ultimate destination for ski lovers. It is famous for its breathtaking slopes and for the world ski competition held during winter. Whistler’s international reputation was further enhanced as the Host Mountain Resort for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. Legacies of the Games include the Whistler Sliding Centre and Whistler Olympic Park, the Athletes’ Village housing complex and Whistler Olympic Plaza—a gathering place and live music and theatre facility. Over two Million people visit Whistler every year. Check in at Hotel. Overnight at Whistler..

DAY 8: WHISTLER
After breakfast, we visit the Whistler Blackcomb. The Peak 2 Peak Gondola is a tri-cable gondola lift located in Whistler that links Whistler Mountain’s Roundhouse Lodge with Blackcomb Mountain’s Rendezvous Restaurant. It is the first lift to join the two side-by-side mountains. From the ancient volcanic peaks with their 360 degree views, to the vibrant and sophisticated village with its incredible vibe, Whistler Blackcomb has summer covered from top to bottom. Overnight at Whistler.

DAY 9: WHISTLER – VANCOUVER (120 KMS – APPX 1.30 HRS)
After breakfast, proceed to Vancouver, a costal seaport city in mainland of British Columbia. The city has more than 6,40,000 people, making it eight largest among Canadian cities, and the most densely populated Canadian city of over 25,000 residents with 5039 people per square kilometer in 2006. Arrive and Proceed for the City tour of Vancouver. Visit the Stanley Park, the lungs of Vancouver. The other highlights are Lion Gate Bridge, Waterfront, Gas Town, China Town, Canada Place, B.C Place and Robson Street. We also visit Fly Over Canada. An experience like no other, Flyover Canada uses the latest in flight ride technology to give you a bird’s eye view as you soar across Canada’s most awe-inspiring natural landscapes and stunning city skylines from coast-to-coast. DAY 10: VANCOUVER – VICTORIA ISLAND – VANCOUVER
After breakfast, leave for the ferry terminal to board your ferry to Victoria, the capitol of British Columbia. Visit the world famous Butchart Gardens and orientation tour of Victoria Island before heading back to Vancouver. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Vancouver.

DAY 11: VANCOUVER
After breakfast we proceed to visit Capilano Suspension Bridge. Afternoon free for rest or leisure or time for some last minute shopping. Overnight in Vancouver.

DAY 12: VANCOUVER – ALASKA CRUISE/HOME DESTINATION
After breakfast, proceed to Vancouver Airport OR Cruise Terminal.

• Only 01 transfer would be provided from Calgary Airport to Banff @ 1530 Hours. If any of the passengers arrive before the same time, they will have to wait at the Calgary Airport. If any of the passengers arrive after 1530 hours, they will have to manage on their own to Banff.

AIRLINE CHECK-IN TIME:
• Airport reporting time is 03 hours prior to departure for International Flights and 02 hour prior to departure for Domestic Flights. Proceed directly to your airline check-in counter and do remember not to carry any sharp objects or liquids or any other objects that may not pass security.

LUGGAGE:
• Each person is allowed to take 23 Kgs (1 suitcase per person only is permitted on coach) any extra piece of baggage will be charged at US$100.00 per piece. Do tag your luggage with your nametag that includes address and phone number.

CONTRACT:
• All booking are taken understanding that You accept these terms and conditions. Rhythm Holidays organizes services like hotel accommodation, transfers, sightseeing tours and cruise bookings. We being travel organizers only, we do not control or operate any Airline, neither do we own or control or operate any shipping company, Coach Company, hotel, transport or any other service mentioned in this brochure. Though we take care in selecting all the necessary agencies for your vacation, we have no control in running them. Hence we cannot be held responsible for any injury, death, loss or damage, or deficiency in services which is caused by the act or default of management or employees of an independent contractor arising outside our normal selection and inspection process.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT:
• A nonrefundable and interest free deposit of CAD$1,000.00 is paid at the time of registration. The final payment of cruise shall be made 90 days prior to the sailing date. The balance amount of tour portion should be made payable 60 days from the commencement of the tour. If the balance amount is not paid within 60 days the tour stands automatically cancelled and the amount non-refundable. The registration amount is non-adjustable against any other tour or service.

CHANGE OF PRICING:
• Though all efforts would be made to maintain the cost given, Price structure may change in event of a change in government policies, change in the Tax Structure or Fuel Hike or any hike which may come in effect with 01 Jan. 2017. This difference would have to be borne by the passenger.

LIABILITY:
• Rhythm Holidays is not liable or responsible for any damages, loss, injury accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity that may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement. (In event of a passenger falling sick or suffer any accident during the journey, all hospital expenses, doctor fees, repatriation expenses, and other charges incurred as a direct or indirect result of his / her illness / accident are the responsibility of the passenger. (Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, air plane, bus ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passenger.
